No Ryan what I am saying is that in 210.3 There are only 10 factors listed for conductors of a circuit.This is a continuous load.The conductors must match the max. ampacity of the circuit so it goes by 10`s. Or am I wrong :confused:

I think, IMHO that you are not right. I think what you are reading is for other than individual branch circuits. This would be an individual branch circuit...at least 99% of the time it would be.
