Stainless steel strut question.

Can u support steel EMT to stainless steel unistrut? Or will it cause a problem with the metals touching.?

It could...zinc and stainless are far enough apart on the galvanic reaction chart that in the presence of an electrolyte the zinc will corrode.
What are the installation conditions?

I do not see any issue with this at all. Does this chiller yard have cooling towers? If so, I would highly recommend using schedule 80 PVC or PVC coated rigid because that EMT will not last long in that environment.
