I dont know alot of theory but I do read up on it when I can. The isolation of neutral and grounds are somewhat the same as when we say isolated ground. All of the begin at the same place, therefore isolation is a misconception. I am awierdo so with no formal training I have ran 200 ' of thhn across a lease space just to see if everything was bonded and yes with a tester n and are a parallel path from any point in the system. Not to the electrons but for visual understanding since the unbalanced load wants to go back to the source. Its seems that its good to seperate these for understanding, maintenance, and safety but grounding cee to the panel will be the safe net in the event of a open netral and open ground
