What is a dangerous cell temperature?

Ya sure it's dirt? Looks like it might be typical cell discoloration from the cells failing to me.
Otherwise I have no idea why it might be, out of my league.

Did you check the back side for delamination of the backskin? Delamination causes higher temperatures.
