Click to expand... I might be wrong about this but my reasoning about this would go along these lines. 1. the spa assembly is listed as an assembly by UL. 2. Anything required to be bonded would be required to have a means to do so as part of the UL listing. 3. If there is no gound lub on the stiffener, then it does not need to be bonded. OTOH, it couldn't hurt.
