A thread started by Joe got me to thinking. (What a thought.LOL)

How many of "you" use your torque screwdriver?

How many helpers even know what it is?

I know it is a pain to torque every screw, but what about workmanship?

How would you explain why you are not using it? If asked in a court of law!

Mike P. (how do you set this thing?)

Re: Torque

I've got the Snap-On 5-40 in/lb screwdriver and a couple of different sized torque wrenchs for doing larger stuff. I use them for everything that has a torque spec. Leave'em laying around in a visible place next to the panel when the inspector comes by and you'll be a lot less likely to get a rectal exam if they think you know what you're doing<g>.
