Installed a sub panel next to main panel in Home, feed the sub panel with 60amp 4 conductor from the main panel. Have the neutral and gnds seperated in sub panel but not in main. since the gnds and netural in the sub panel are seperated, is it necessary to to bond netural to panel, sincegnd and netural in main panel are not
