I spent time with the Schneider rep. The DF breakers have a diagnostic feature, and each test showed the DF breakers tripped on ground fault. They left me with "contact the utility". They were more worried about the panels being a recalled plug in neutral model. These panels were not and each breaker had a white neutral tail.
