Restaurant

I may have the opportunity to put a bid in on a restaurant...a Hoolihans/Friday's/Outback Steakhouse type of establishment.

I haven't wired a restaurant in years - and have never bid on one before.

Anyone have any tips/caveats for bidding this type of job?

You say its been awhile since you wired and never bid a restuarant. What jobs are you doing? Residential, Commerical or Industrial?

Read the specs thouroughly.
Make sure you know of any local ammendments.
Make sure you add enough for the inspections cost.
Make sure the GC can pay.

There are alot of others, but that should get you started.
