redundant ground in patient care areas

I believe the insulated redundant ground to receps in patient care areas need to be bonded to box. Anyone agree or disagree? These are not isolated ground receps.

Yes, they must be bonded to the box, per 250.148. Without bonding them to the box you lose the entire concept of decreased impedence in the fault clearing path.

This would also apply to EGC's installed in metallic raceways not in patient care areas.
