Range Calcs?

10 unit multi family with 2 8 kw ranges in each unit. How do you do the calc for this. Thanks.

Range table 220.55 (of the 2005 nec) Column A-or-
Range table 220.19 (of the 2002 nec) Column A
Note #3 at bottom of table too.

(HUMMM,had to come back and Edit):
this morning @ 12:45am, question appeared like in asking for ten 2.8kw Ranges..
