Are their any pros or cons of these lights that have a night light feature?
For those of you that don't know, you turn the switch on to make the light come on. Then off and back on for the night light mode which is a ring around the light.

Any problems with flickering? Or any problems with inspections in the stairwell?

Is their a best brand to get?

I personally prefer old fashioned plug in night lights down low by the floor.

They look cheap and probably have terrible CRI and a 180deg beam angle and won't last 5 years. Otherwise, it seems gimmicky.
I know customers love love love us to install $10 fixtures with the worst light quality ever, but shouldn't we at least recommend quality as a professional service?

Would you look at this and tell me if that's listed for use in the US?
