Plenum approved lighting fixtures

Are there any code requirements for the labeling and/or testing of lighting fixtures when they installed in a return air plenum HVAC system. This is not a question for any fire rated assemblies appliations.

They must have a flame spread index of not more than 25 and a smoke developed index of not more than 50.

This shouldn't be a problem if they are made of steel. :)

300.22(b)......enclosed gasket-type luminaires (fixtue) shall be permitted. These fixtures are commonly call "plenum rated".
