Permission denied message to view links from responders

Just re-registered my email address 2 days ago after being on the forum for several years. Was trying to follow links about the Ting electrical monitor. Permission denied to view is all I get. How do I get this changed? Thanks for any information.

I appreciate the new link. I agree with the idea that it provides insurance company with documentation for power company liability for a surge that fries an expensive piece of electronic equipment but is useless for shutting down an arc fault. Their price point allows me to sell a whole house surge protector and arc fault units. Thanks again!
