Outside for bldg

Normally I see panel fdr bkr feeding another bldg but this is not the case.

I have plans which show bldg A that has 200A Panel A which is feed thru fdr goes outside and feeds bldg B Panel B which has 200A MCB. So Panel A feed thru Panel B to separate building. Bldg A and Bldg B are 30 feet apart. Can this happen? Does code allow this?

Well first it’s feed thru and feeds another bldg where again you would have GES. Second feed thru sub panel do they have main ckt bkr or just MLO?
