MWBC 2 pole breaker question

Will a 2 pole GFCI breaker protect a jacuzzi tub with in line heater and pump motor on separate circuits with a MWBC (12/3g)?
Or would it be a better install to just use 2 -12/2's?

Use the two pole breaker. That is what it is for.
