Multiple services in a building

I have 2 cases:

1-There are 4 service panels in one building each having its service transformer in separate buildings. Should each service panel and its associated loads be treated independently from other service panels or can they be somehow interlinked. In otherwords should each service panel be considered as if there is no other service panel in the building.

2.The service panel is in one building and several distribution panels from it are located in a different building.Should this be considered as one system for bonding irrespective of what else is there in the building.

I am not sure what you have or what you are asking.

I will say that whether these are truly services or feeders all the grounding electrodes that serve the same structure must be bonded together,

1) If I understand the question, the answer is "yes, treat them as independent services." Only the grounding methods may be inter-tied.

2) With a single service, the remote panels are basically sub-panels, and should be wired as such. I believe this has no bearing on bonding.
