Microwave GFCI breaker on a different circuit

Bought a new microwave. Connecting to a dedicated circuit or other circuit. And it is tripping the GFCI breaker that is on different circuit. Meaning microwave is still running (it is not tripping it's own breaker) but tripping the GFCI breaker

We have only one GFCI breaker that is connected to all bathroom and kitchen outlet.

Can you reset the gfci while the microwave is running?

These happenings are not usually explainable. Is the circuit that the gfci is on part of a multiwire branch circuit, meaning a shared neutral is involved?

I have seen circuit breaker GFCIs trip with no load. GFGIs, 50 years their introduction they are very reliable.see if you can borrow a different microwave and try that?
