In Mike Holt’s Electrical Exam Preparation book it explains that “Power can be calculated according to the Resistance Law of Proportion. How did he come up with the percentages?

Resistance. %. Power
Power source .05 ohms. .67 12.80W
Conductor 1 .15 ohms. 2.0 38.40W
Conductor 2 .15 ohms 2.0 38.40W

0.15 ohms is 2% of the total ohms (7.5 ohms), etc.
