Low cost alternative to Fluke meters?

I am trying to find a lower cost alternative to the Fluke 87V multimeter. If anyone knows of something your help is appreciated.

The T-5 is great I have one but it is a toy compared to the 87.

The T-5 is not true RMS which the 87 is.

I don't know about their Fluke prices, I'll have to check my price sheets Monday, but that site wants $339.95 for an Ideal 61-165 that I bought elsewhere for $249.75.
