Laundry and Industrial Kitchen requeriments

Hi all, as you know , and am a young man from the Dominican Republic, he initiated his career as electrical contractor.

Currently I'm working on a hotel project , which has a large industrial kitchen and also industrial laundry .

I mean to you to see if I have an answer or suggestion about what the NEC requirements for this type of installation .
