Know of any 2-1/2" deep boxes with 1-1/4" Kos?

Hey All,

I am specifying some junction boxes for Audiovisual. We need (2) 1-1/4" KO's in the top. Boxes such as Raco 941 are large enough but only come with TKO's up to 1". Do you all just punch KO's to suit the need or are there sources that I am not aware of which have larger Ko's (other than the Hubble box which has a concentric up to 2")?
