I don't see why not. This issue usually revolves around the permissibility of having more than one PV AC disconnect. That is either the PV Breaker in the main or a fused AC Disconnect..
However, can you combine the AC outputs of both systems in a load center in order to have only a single breaker in the MSP or a single fused AC Disconnect?

What do you mean by different systems?

BTW - More of a nitty-gritty, nuts and bolts type comment: you might consider upgrading the old inverter to a single, new, 10 yr warranty, safer, more reliable, higher kw inverter that is equipped with dual mppt that would be fed by both "systems" ------ the old and new pv panels.

Yes. It is permissible, provided it can be accomplished in a Code-compliant fashion. Complying with 705.12, which governs the point of interconnection, is typically the first hurdle. (Note that this code section changes considerably from cycle to cycle.)
