in use protective cover

Is there an in use protective cover that can be used on a floor recepticle. We have an existing floor recepticle in a conference room on our lower level, concrete floor. Well they decide to move the conference table over a bit, so now people are hitting the cord with thier feet, thanks for any thought on this....

If your hole in the concrete is deep enough, you could use recessed floor boxes like these or these.

Still have to deal with the cords across the floor though.
