Hot tubs access door

NEC 680.73 states. Hydromassage bathtub equipment shall be readily accessible without damaging the building structure or
finish. When cord connected and accessible through an access panel, the receptacle shall be within 1-foot of the opening
and shall face the opening.
Question. Does the access panel could be located on the next room (bedroom)? The motor location of this hot tub is in the back of the unit, between the wall of bathroom and bedroom.

I agree. The door needs to be where the motor is located not anywhere else so your location is fine.
