Does any know the term used about a decade or more referencing the raceway which contained conductors on a pole?

I am not talking about a riser.

Not sure of exactly what you are asking, but if these are POCOs wires or anything before the first disconnecting means then:

Service Conductors. The conductors from the service point
to the service disconnecting means.

Stand Pipe? We have always called primary riser poles stand pipe poles where I work. They are marked SPP in prints and records going back a long time.

Terminal pole/Dig pole/Riser pole? It still has a riser.

Cable in conduit is sometimes called "tube".
