I have 500 mcm from meter going under slab to gutter in the electric room from gutter i am going to splice in the feeds for 2 200 amp panels that both have main breakers 200 amp.Question is can 2 3/4 inch pvc lines for outside air conditioners pass thru this un fuseed gutter ? They need to both land on panel A .This leaves me with fused #8 in gutter with non fused 500 mcm.Legal or not ?

Pierre thanks.I thought this was wrong but was being told it was ok by my boss.I will point it out monday and see if he will let me change this before is installed.
