1 1?/4" met. liquid tight ran from 400amp panel to a 100amp sub 5' away. 3-#3's and 1-#8egc. are grounding bushings required on the connectors?

What would you be bonding?
The seal tight can not be used as a grounding means for a 100 amp panel. so a EGC would have to be ran in it. But for the size of the wire a bushing (Not a bonding bushing) will be required to protect the wire from damage. See 300.4(F)
