grounding and bonding

We have a 3200A Main with 6 fusable breakers as disconnecting means. Neutral and Ground are bonded at Main. Remote panel is fed from main with 3 phases and ground---no neutral.
Remote panel feeds 3 xformers. Help me think this through?---We bonded xformers X2 to GD and ran EGC to Remote panel ground bus. Plus, plan to run common GEC from remote panel to water main and ground rods via common ground bus mounted on wall. I'd prefer to run separate GEC from each Xformer to common ground bus but I'm not sure it's necessary to change our setup. Feedback?

It maybe due to fact of the misunderstanding (or lack of) "discription in wording of defining" in the question..
