Installing new receptacles in an old office building. When taking out the old three prong receptacles, discovered there was not a ground wire in any of the boxes. Went back to the panel, and I found a 3phase 120,208v with no ground wire with the feeders. Looks like somebody had added some new outlets and ran a ground but just mounted the ground wire to the can. Is that acceptable ? Looks like its all in emt for what I can see. In the room I'm doing I putting GFCI in all the receptacle, but could I pig tale a ground wire from the box to the receptacles and install a three prong receptacle using the conduit for a ground. Thanks
