Fuel dispenser

I working on 3rd fl slab and we are building about 20 fuel dispenser. My question is I know that I need to turn into the dispenser with rigid metal conduit but how far in the slab can I change over to pvc ?
I cannot find anything in the code that says in slab I can find underground but not slab.

Is this an Article 511 or 514 application?
What does your area classification drawing show?
What type of fuel?

It is classified as Article 514 Gas fuel dispenser

It would appear that your slab is not thick enough to allow you to switch from rigid to PVC
