foam panel walls how do you estimate

I am bidding on an "energy home" in Texas.it uses a 3 inch piece of foam sandwhiched between 2 pieces of plywood for its exterior walls. You have to cut holes in the plywood and slowly work the nm cable around to the point where you want the receptacle.does anyone have any experience bidding on this type of home. is there a difficulty factor to multiply your normal price per receptacle, and switch.
