Flexible gas line separation from elec feeders

We are doing a condo project and there is very limited chase space for the mechanicals. Electric, sprinkler, plumbing and flexible gas (the yellow coated stuff) are all supposed to be cramed into a very small chase. We are using #2/3AL SER service feeders from the meter room to the panel in each unit. We are stapling the cable to wood framing a approated intervals inside this chase. They now want the gas co to pull their gas lines through the same area. There is no way for this to happen unless the gas lines are literally up against our cables, in some areas. Not to mention the risk of damage to the cable if the gas pulls are not done very carefully. I'd really like to avoid this altogether. Is there any required separation, or other issues here that I could use to keep the gas out of this space?
Thanks, Hal

Hi Hal. The "Yellow stuff" you refer to is called corrugated stainless steel tubing (CSST), and there is no seperation requirement.
