Duel voltages

When using a common pull box(no open wire just for pulling purposes) can you have both 120 and 277 volts in a common box with out a divider?

Yes. See section 300.3(C) of the NEC. Just make sure you comply with Section 210.5 / 215.12 for system identification of the conductors.
