Oh well. Even if the home owner were to ID the breaker I noticed that the inductions did indicate as to how the average home owner even knows how to check to see if the a beaker is "operable" or not.

Simple--Take a wire and stick it in one side of the receptacle then stuff the other end into the other side--if, after the flash and bang, nothing else happens then it works--If it keeps sizzling and burning then it doesn't:dunce::slaphead:
