Connect an electric meter for 120 volts

Hello, I do know how to connect an electric meter for 240 volts, I do not know how to connect a 240 volt electric meter for 120 volts,
Attached are some pictures, of how the meters are connect form someone else, and what I found on the internet, What is the right way to
connect 240 volts meter for 120 volts, the meters in question are analog meters.

You should ask your POCO. There is no single way of wiring every meter for 120v.

Thank you, the meters in question, are for individual pedestals for a campground, there is 1 pedestal for 2 sites, so 2 meters per pedestal, each has a 30 amp plug, and I was asked to installed new pedestals.
