Conduit Seal-offs

I am looking for some help with a problem I have. I need to seal conduits feeding pumps in the wet well of a sewerage lift station. We have open 4" RMC conduits with bushings entering the wet well with the pump power & control cables dropping out to the pumps (kellum grips are used to support the cables.) The conduits have seal-offs at the first joint where they extend above grade. I call for the conduit to be sealed at each end using duct seal so the owner can remove the pumps and cables easily. The duct seal is falling out and the seal has been lost. I would like suggestions of another method to seal the conduits that can be removed with out damaging the cable or conduit.
