450.14. Does cutler hammer make a hasp lockable circuit breaker CH or BR? Still researching myself but figured I would ask.

They make accessories to attach to a breaker, as well as most other manufacturers. Was just looking for a padlock attachment last night for BR series, came up with catalog number BRLW if that helps you. Nearest big box had lock attachments for QO, Homeline, CH, but not for BR:rant: so I was looking online to see what is there. After paying shipping I will probably just use an AC disconnect at the equipment for the application instead of a breaker lock.

Depending on your application, sometimes the WP disconnect may still be required. Many times a lockable breaker is acceptable, but other times the code specifically says a disconnect needs to be within sight of the equipment. Air conditioning equipment is one place that is common to require disconnect within sight of equipment and no exceptions mention a lockable breaker.
