I am going to try here. I am wondering if it is allowable to support a DG cable coming out of a roof box with the bond wire. I can't find in the code book where it would say you can't.

Distribution and Generation Cable. It is similar to UF cable. 300.11(D) talks about cables and not wires. That is where I am getting hung up. I would think that you can't as well.

Everyone does it all the time. It's usually better than not tying them together, so long as you don't put strain on connectors.

I just really wish that they would go to the bottom rail first. I will have to get over it. Thank you, everyone.
