Barns & Riding Arenas

I have done many barns and riding arenas. I was wondering what other people in differnet states where doing for lighting. I don't ever use flouresent lighting except in the barn stall with a bullet proof circle shape fixture. I use MH for the riding arenas, but I would like to see something differnet. I do all my work in emt, but I have seen it done in MC. What is everybody else doing???

Yeah, those horses are know for shooting out fixtures if you give them the chance.

I would think high-bays would be good for arenas, and par-holders with par-38's strategically placed around stalls.

Arena-Metal Halide with prismatic lens
**I would like to experiment with the new T5 or T8 High bays**
Barns-HO Fluorescents in walkways, and incandescent "fruit jars" in stalls.
