400 amp service

Can someone give me an idea about what to charge to install a 400 amp 120-208 volt three phase service. It will have a 10' riser and a CT cabinet with the meter next to it. I will use a square D I line distribution panel inside with two main breakers.

The world of commercial electrical requires full take-offs; there is no standard unit price to value items in this world because of the infinite variables.

I recommend you do a complete take-off of material and man-hours then get local quote prices for your material. Estimating software does not give accurate local pricing it only gives "around values" an estimator always has the burden of adjusting the values to match reality.

After you do a take-off and adjust your material costs you simply study the application to qualify the hours.

This project would guest-i-mate from $4,500.00-$5,800.00.
