380VAC, 5-Wire Power

In 380VAC, 5-wire systems single phase 220VAC is obtained between any 380VAC leg and the neutral leg. My question is does the neutral leg require a fuse?

That is a wye system just like 277/480Y and should be treated the same. The neutral is required to be a grounded conductor and fuses are not permitted in grounded conductors. See 250.20(B)(2) and 240.22.
