100 amp service wire size

My customer has a utility building that we are putting a separate 100 amp. service on. Can the required service wire size fall under the rule of "83% x load" of a residential dwelling service for a "dwelling", which would be #4 copper, or #2 AL. ?

The building is not a dwelling so you can't use the 83%
