AFAIK all raceway articles limit you to total of 360 degrees of bend in any run between points of access.

Regardless of the number of pull points you install the answer stays the same, four.

May depend on what you call a "run", you can only have up to 360 degrees of bend between each pull point. You can pull straight through a box or "C" conduit fitting if you wish and have more then 360 degrees in the entire "pull".
