Looks like that kit may work. The four larger lugs for the secondary and the smaller lugs for the primary and grounding.

Fyi… most of the 3 phase transformers I have purchased in the last few years come with some type of grounding block already installed.

That being said, they tend to sometimes be comically large or small. I am talking about xfrmr sizes of 20 – 30 KVA and you either have something really tiny like this…

I know the large one is rated for 350 Kcmil - #12 AWG, that’s quite a range! I say this mostly in jest, but I think I had trouble fitting a stranded #10 in the small one and keeping a #10 in the big one.

Anyway.. just pointing out you might not need to purchase individual (grounding) lugs for your primary and secondary conductors if your unit comes with a grounding block already installed.
