WIRING 200 AMP SUBPANEL

I brought the service cables into the bottom of the subpanel. Because of the tight space, I separated the cables to each side of the subpanel in order to get to the top. Is that a code violation? Do all three cables need to be run together? Someone mentioned flux problems.
