Where to get netting

Does anyone know where you can get the netting shown in the picture. Also I am on the road with no code book. Does anyone know what section of the code this is listed under for being required. This is in a site with no fence around it. Anyone can walk up to the array if they wanted to.

I use 690.31 for enforcement. Here is one source:

I don't see how these flexible plastic mesh products would guard the conductors in the way 690.31 requires. I can probably push the mesh up against the conductors with a finger and touch the conductor through the mesh. In the one in the Op's photo, someone could probably get a finger through the mesh and touch the conductor. Used as a skirt around the array would be a better choice. I have seen expanded metal mesh systems and sheet metal systems on the back of the array that work.
