I have one in my collection somewhere. X receptacle, double T slot, whatever, non polarized. The last of 4 that I sent to UL, the local inspector and someone else, I don't remember. It were a few years ago.
I ended taking most of them out because 1) 120 volt devices where getting plugged into these by family/guests 2) Most of the 230 volt stuff I'm buying is being shipped with a type F or Type C plug instead of a type A or B as is common in China.
If anyone is curious here is the brand I use- Legrand its bullet proof. These have metal prongs that will actually grab onto the sides of a NEMA box. Avoid Chinese receptacles- learned the hard way they can't even counterfeit a socket correctly.
