hello everyone, i'm getting familiar with the NEC and I have a little problem with this violation

I can't find the next article. the 3 phase main switch supply one wire to one 1 phase power supply.

I know there is a violation in 110.7, and 110-14 a)

Not sure that there is a code violation there. I don't see how 110.7 applies and the 110.14 may not be an issue as that breaker is marked as suitable for two conductors per terminal, however there are limitations as to the permitted wire size if you connect two conductors to a terminal.

Hi Thanks for your assessment, i use 110.7 because melted insulation and 110.14 damaged conductors and not all wires enter the terminal.
