Seen this several times and never been able to figure it out. Figure somebody on here can tell me. Don’t need to know for anything or any specific reason just one of those things that has caught my attention.

It’s just utility owned single phase pad mount transformer.

I think it means the core is shielded on the Transformer and The Shield is connected to the stud so labeled.

There seems to be a short dash on the RH side which means going somewhere, to ground ?

But nothing shows connection at "hub" so there are magnetic connections?

Not sure that’s why I was wondering if anyone else had ever seen it. It’s MON POWER transformer. Not sure if your familiar with that power company. I’m from West Virginia. I believe their main company is called FIRST ENERGY.
